I'd love to do to this for my e90 330i. I don't have performance exhaust (would like to get) but I rather have the 335i dual exhaust look to maintain a symmetric look all around the car. I've come to terms and except the fact that I can't make the car go any faster lol. Plus, I don't want it to sound loud and obnoxious.

I love it! How much did this whole process cost without the bumper of course since that is super expensive lol..

The measurements wouldn't be the same for every car...depends what muffler u use and how you angle it. You're installer should be able to just do the piping however way they deem fit

Looking to do this soon so I'm pretty much using this as my blueprint

Would any single/dual Magnaflow muffler work for this as long as fits? Any difference in sound with different mufflers?
Also, did you have you to relocate or remove anything under the bumper?

Sorry for all the questions. Car looks great btw

Diff mufflers would probably have diff sounds...I didn't have to relocate anything but if you want, you can relocate the evap canister for more room on the passenger side. I'll also have the 3.5" stainless exhaust tips for sale soon...i recently purchased 3.7" stainless tips to fill in the hole more and will be putting those on soon

Are you able to put the plastic undercoating from the bumber to the under tray back on over the piping without it melting?

I had to cut off a peice of that for where the pipe is. So essentially the pipe is not protected from road debris but i do have the pipe wrapped in heat wrap so i think its sufficiently protected from corrosion.

First off, that looks awesome man!!! Great job. I'm dead set on doing this to mine. I can't seem to find a decent price on that diffuser though. Everywhere I look they're upwards of $400 not including the bumper. Any ideas? Also, I got an 07 e90 328i and I noticed you got an e92. Do you know if that bumper/diffuser will fit on mine? I like the fins on that one.
