Jb4 update help - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I downloaded the 6/4 interface I connect to my car no problem I have followed all directions.... I think

But when I try to update firmware it takes me to a page with hex file on the bottom right when I click to open is reads no files

So if you know what I doing wrong please help
