Sparkling Graphite and Titanium Shadow Trim

A few months ago I swapped my dark burl wood trim for carbon fiber wrapped trim that I purchased from a member here. At first I loved it but over time I started to get annoyed with a few things.

With the temperature and humidity rising in Florida I started to notice the wrap bubbling up a bit near the iDrive screen and this absolutely drove me insane. I also noticed that the wrap wasn't quite as tight as I would have liked around the vents and curved areas and all in all it just wasn't OEM enough for my liking.

Another thing I was starting to feel was carbon overload. It just seemed like it was a bit too busy for my liking after time. I have been watching the forums for a different option and found a member selling his Titanium Shadow trim from his M3. I didn't even know that this trim existed! I saw it and had to have it. It was delivered today and I just installed it and couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out. It is a very close match to the Sparkling Graphite paint which is a match made in heaven!

For now I am leaving the center piece and rear center piece wrapped with carbon but may change my mind. Do you guys think it looks good with the carbon wrapped center pieces?

My other options are to complete the trim with the titanium shadow trim which may be a bitch to find or do the matte black trim similar to what comes on the M3. Let me know what you think!

Also, if anyone is interested, I will be selling the carbon wrapped trim which includes the 2 dash pieces, 2 door pieces and two rear pieces. If you do not have iDrive the bubbling that I was describing will be hidden by your dash. Make me an offer for the 6 pieces if you're interested.

Picture to show the similarities in color

Thanks! I will try to take more photos this weekend. I was pretty pleased with the way it turned out.
