Dodgy Courier - gonna nick my car? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

So this Fifty-something, scruffy courier makes no conversation until I am signing his pad....

...then just says "Fast BM then?

...I say "Err, economical its a diesel"

...He looks at the badge "really"

...and says nothing else.

creeped me out, sure he is just a weido rather than a scout for Russian export nicked cars

Nothing dodgy at all, he just showing a passing interest in a super-saloon. You really should have told him it's the "Bowlacks". Which it is.

I'm pretty sure that by you saying it was fast, or not, it wouldn't be the deciding factor on whether he's going to nick the car or not

He only needs to look at the badge to know it's a swift one

Anyway, unless he can get at your keys, it'll be very hard to nick.... I'm sure he just likes cars, but has no interpersonal skills, which may have led him down the career path he is in!

That is part of the worry though - thieves now need to get the cars which are in your house....

....hence since we had the Scooby (it had a decent imob), keys are always left downstairs.

Would've been better off saying it's fast as fook but only does 15mpg.
