E-92/93 Barbera Red - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

This new color being offered on the 3 series beginning in March 2007, has been previously used on the 6 series. It is a very dark red, almost a maroon, and really very classy. Has anyone besides yours truly ordered a coupe or convertible in this color?

E93, with cream beige interior & dark walnut burl trim. Have not seen the color except online fotos of 6-series. I commend your excellent taste.

this color is way better than Barrique red but is still not a great color to me. I think it will look best on and e93 with cream beige and dark wood.

If nothing else it will be a unique color as not many people have ordered it.

we have an e90 on the floor with it and it is GORGEOUS... I'll try to snap a few pics, but it won't look as good as it does in RL

Whoever picks up a E-92 or E-93 in Barbera Red, please take pictures and post it as soon as you can. We all want to see if it at least matches what the BMWUSA site has as Barbera Red in the 6 series.

I saw some pics of 6-series in Barbera Red and almost ordered mine in that color. When I saw the swatches in the dealership, it was much darker than I had expected -- guess the photos had been all in bright light. Anyway it is a beautiful color, I just didn't want a really dark car...I can't keep the things clean enough!

hey man I saw it on your floor last friday. I was there picking up a z4 swap. My dirver was not available so I did it myself. I dropped of a z4 3.0si 6 speed, Silver Gray with Dream Red interior. Sell that car its beautifull. The Barbera red looked pretty good on the 335i.

Thanks for the great pictures. I am glad I ordered my E-92 in Barbera Red. Now all I have to do is pick it up in Munich July 9th, drive it for a week, and then have the long lonely wait until I see it again in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Not feeling it. Reminds me of benadryl cough syrup color. Maybe it is your camera/lighting.

I must have just missed this post last week. anyway you would be happy to know we put that z4 on the back pad (the brick walkway/driveway coming up from the bottom of the lot). I hear you, it's a very nice car!
