Engine miss with DSC on

My 2006 E90 325i now has an engine miss while accelerating, jerking as I run up through the gears (Manual trans).
Runs smoothly at idle, In neutral gear, the engine will rev smoothly.
No codes. No warning lights (normally).
If I go onto the highway, the car has reduced power. It becomes difficult to get up to highway speeds (60+ mph). The small DSC warning lamp may light momentarily. No codes are thrown.

If I turn off the DSC, all problems disappear. But when I restart the engine, the DSC is on again, and my problems appear once again.

65K miles. Dry summer roads.

Any advice ?

you probably have a bad wheel sensor somewhere, so the computer things you are spinning your wheels and is applying the traction control (rear brakes).

What's the best way to determine which speed sensor may be bad, since I have no codes?

Have never cleaned a wheel speed sensor yet, but I am sure it is possible to clean like you can on other BMW's, so I would just do that and hope for the best - dirty speed sensors can cause all kinds of issues!
