Recommendations please regarding tuned car and extended Warranty.

Hey guys, just have a question to run by you guys.....I have an 08 335i Cobb v3 tuned on the aggressive stage 1 map. All stock besides muffler delete and DCI. Have exterior mods, but that doesn't make a difference regarding this. Basically, I know when your tuned your car runs through spark plugs much quicker, I had brand new plugs put in maybe 6k ago and just recently I'm getting a regular misfire in cylinder 5 along with 6 other codes. The 7 codes are:

ECU- No description available
P0036-HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0056-HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P2C9E- Lambda sensor heating the catalyst 1, triggering
P2C9F0 Lambda probe heating with catalyst 2, control
P2AAF- Fuel Pump, Plausibility
P29D1- Misfire, cylinder 5

Basically not ALWAYS but a majority of the time when I get WOT I start feeling the misfire and power is less and car vibrates and doesn't run smooth. Only way I can get it back to normal, is to clear the codes on my V3 or turn off and back on my ride.

My dilemma is just last time I took it in just I think the P0036 was showing and one other misfire so I got the plugs changed, which isn't covered under warranty. I removed the tune back to stock before taking it in. I take it to a solid BMW indy shop here local. The other codes only are on if it's tuned. So can I just leave the tune on and be in ok condition for the things that will be covered? Please give me any input. Appreciate it alot thanks

Yes, you need to be in N54 Turbo section instead of general.

Sounds like you need to log and see whats going on. There are hundreds of threads with misfires on tuned cars. Do a search to see what to check first and how.

If the car runs fine without the tune, the tune is stressing the cops/fuel pump or something else. It's morally wrong IMO to take it in for warranty work if it drives just fine stock.
