Def get it, i think the only reason why more dont have it is because its pretty expensive from the dealer, but once stark tuning or others make it more affordable i think most will have it

I also think it looks nice.... and i also have this little scratch on the right bottom side of my bumper, and i think if i install the front aero lip.. it will cover it...

i think almost all will agree it looks nice and not rice at all, one thing tho is its going to be a little lower than your bumper already is and if you already have scratches you may only get more from having this. i dont have the lip yet so im not sure about this but its what id assume

All he's asking is whether this mod will make it look like a Japanese modded car. IMO....no.

You have to assume that its an insult for your car to look like a "ricer" for a BMW owner. ...That's all.
Personally, I don't mind where a car is made, bra...as long as it looks professional, wired tight, and drivers stay away from the pakalolo.

Love mine though. That's all that counts. :rocks:

Yes, the OEM aero lip has some extremely crazy styling to it, its definitely "ricer."

prior to today, i thought the front lip looked "uhh thats ok..." because i had only seen it in pictures online but then i finally saw it in real life at the dealership and it was love

definetly go for it

coupes look like shit in pictures...i figured you gotta see this stuff in real life

i was quoted $300 unpainted, and ~$300 to paint so im thinking i should look for a better price but hey...at least i heard its self-installable

I like the OEM lip... Looks good. So many of the other "Aero" ad ons are pretty damned ugly and over done though IMO. I like the OEM Lip because it works with the cars lines very well, and doesn't add too much visual weight to the front end.

BMW spends a lot of time engineering the body to be functional, and wouldn't put their brand name on an "aero kit" if it didn't complement the rest of the car. If it comes from BMW, expect the traditional high quality and bavarian styling that has become their trademark.

The itch to start modding is killing me. I really like the OEM front lip, but I'm going to try and wait a little longer just to see what comes about.
