Spiike's summer pics..Morr vs8.2's.. 2D/3D pics and need community's advice
So after a 3 month business trip in Australia, I decided it was time to get some wheels. I had a problem though because Avant Garde 310's have spokes that protrude from the wheel then to the center. I didn't like the rounded look when they spin. VMR 710's look great but are gravity cast and wont hold up to Chicago's moon crater roads. Forgestar, Alufugen SF71's, and other mesh wheels have spokes that go straight to the center without a curve... again not what I was looking for. Then I saw the Morr VS8.2's. It was love at first sight and they're forged, so strong and light. =)
I need to give props to Jay at ***************. They do custom stuff for BMW's and gives free consulting on mod planning and track/autobahn advice. I'm hoping my next track day will have much better times thanks to the advice. I've included steroscopic pics from my evo 3d (requires blue red glasses to view on a computer, but not sure if they compressed right). I need to figure out how to upload the 3d .mpo files. Then those that have a nintendo 3ds or evo 3d can also view the true 3d pictures. I have about 10 3d pics that came out really nice. Current mods are: Aero Lip (not in the pics because I curbed it really bad and it needs to be resprayed) Cyba 4'' tips 35'' tint painted corners Signature Black finish Morr vs8.2 in 19'' on Hankook Ventus v12's Next on the mod list is OSS AE's, reverse black housing, and tinted turn signal. then M3 side skirts and M3 mirrors I'm also on stock sport suspension, but wheel gap isn't too bad in person. My question to everyone is, should I do shadowline trim and black grills? I don't want a murdered out look, and with Monaco blue there might not be enough contrast. It looks good on silver, montego, and white... but not sure on Monaco blue or black. Let me know as I am totally on the fence on this. Also maybe any other mod ideas. Here are some stereoscopic pics. I don't think they really pop from the screen, but give depth. I'll post up .mpo files for true 3d pics when I figure out how. Maybe rapidshare.com? Let me know what you guys think. The HTC Evo 3d, takes pretty decent pics.. but I definitely need a dslr.

Really nice man. Shadowline trim is always a good idea, and debadging is a matter or personal taste but IMO makes for a cleaner look too. Doing great so far though, congrats

Slow 335i, hope they look ok with the glasses. I could convert more pics if they look alright.
lol the infamous, you're right they are signature black... not sure why I put diamond black but it was 3:15 am when I posted it. Jet lagged and couldn't sleep after flying from Australia. I'll do the black grills and shadowline trim maybe this weekend, and then coilovers soon. I just don't want the ride to get stiffer since it hits bumps hard with the 19's and I keep reading the koni fsd and eibach is a bit bouncy and squirrely on the highway.
