DFW Local Coding

I am new to the DFW area. I live in Uptown Dallas. Does anyone know where I can get coding done locally? I bought a coding cable and tried to do some remote coding with Wedge but we were unable to get the car to communicate with my laptop.

What kind of cable are you using? Mine might be different if you want to try using it. If not I know someone who does coding, PM me.

I'm pretty certain that it's the cable. I bought a similar one off of Amazon and it would not work with my '11 E90 335i... Return it if you can, this isn't the correct cable that will communicate with the newer BMW's.

Can you remove the foglight errors (I have no foglights) and brake pad errors (I replaced the pads in the rear but the sensor is tripped)?

I'm pretty sure that if you wait until the brake wear sensor is tripped, you have to replace the wear sensor itself to get rid of the error. Even if there's a way to clear the error without replacement (which fyi would be outside the scope of normal coding), the wear sensor won't actually work anymore, so if you're going to rely on it to tell you when to replace your brakes, you should replace it anyway.

I can remove both. The brakes we just short out the wire and clear the error.
