FS: BMW iS Exhaust for E92 N54 - SOLD

Slightly used "iS" BMW Exhaust $500 firm. Fits the stock E92 N54 335i. Dealer list is $1,319.80
Stock black tips and has flapper valve. Louder than stock but not as loud as PE. Also, iS exhaust is quieter at freeway cruising speed that PE.
The gray stuff you see on the pipe at the ends and at the clamps is residual exhaust sealer the dealer used to seal the connection from leaks. It is non-corrosive and can be scraped off.

Local cash sale and pickup only.

SOLD SOLD SOLD

it's off the car. It sounds identical to the 335iS i'm told by the BMW mechanics that work on my car.
It's just the two exhaust chambers with tips.

How does this compare to the 335i stock exhaust?

When you say louder than stock, would it be louder even than when you unplug the actuator controlling the flapper valve (otherwise known as the golf tee mod)? That free mod already makes the sound a bit louder. I'm wondering how much louder this would be compared to that.

The IS exhaust is louder then stock, but quieter then the performance exhaust, it's somewhere in the middle.

How does that answer my question? I'm trying to compare the IS exhaust to stock exhaust with the free golf tee mod (which is louder than stock obviously, hence why people do it).

The golf tee mod just makes you think your car got louder while its cold... it sounds a bit louder down low while cold, up top it sounds the exact same as stock because the flap opens anyway.

It answers your question by saying the IS exhaust will still be louder then your current setup which is stock.... regardless of golf tee mod.

Sorry for the late replies. This site doesn't always email me when replies are posted

This exhaust has less sound deadening material so it's louder than stock or louder than stock with the golf t mod.

Sorry, I don't have pictures currently. It's currently wrapped up in my truck but I will try to get them posted up over the next couple days (if i don't sell it before then).

It's been on my car for about 5 months or about 8k km's. It doesn't break in like the bmw performance muffler did. I haven't heard any break-in change in sound for the iS muffler like i did for the performance muffler.

I can't comment if it fits other cars. I took a risk that it fit mine and it did perfectly.
