0w40 Mobil 1 from Nissan?

So the 0W40 Mobil 1 oil is commonly used by Nissan and is available on a dealers' website for $6.73/qt. Is this the same LL-01 BMW approved 0W40 oil? (Euro Formula)? I feel as if it is, but I just wanted a few other opinions.
