H&R vs KW

Comparing coilovers H&R vs KW V1. Which is stiffer/ better for track. Not V3

Are you comparing the H&R coilover kit wit the KW, or just an H&R spring/shock/struct combo?

I've driven V1's on a 335i Coupe after I installed them on my friends and they're the CO's that have sold me on that brand from here on out. I drove H&R CO's on other cars and they are good but I thought the V1's drove better than stock on the 335i. I put V3's on my uncle's 535ixT and my previous B6 S4 Avant and plan on putting them on my newly acquired E90 335i. Damping matches the springs so well (read as "has good ride quality") on any Variation which is really rare in this industry.
Hope this helps!
