Folks in the Houston area, if you have you bought tires from mail-order places like the tire rack please tell me where you had them installed, and whether or not you would recommend them to others.

Most of the big name tire shops should work. Discount tire, NTB, etc.. They usually charge more for install than if you had purchased the tires directly from them. If you haven't ordered the tires yet, you can usually get these places to match Tirerack or other online retailer's prices.
