Thumbs up E90 with an LS engine conversion in Sydney!

This car is actually located in Sydney, if I lived in Sydney I'd definitely go have a peek at this workshop. A 320i with a LS V8

If this was my car I'd definitely leave that 320i badge on the boot and give a lot of people a heart-attack taking off at the lights!

Watch this YouTube video starting from minute 6:40 to see this car in action

LSs are actually quite light and shorter than an inline 6. Engine looks to be mounted pretty far backwards which helps a lot.

I'm not defending LS swaps. I'd never do one in anything.

I am really impressed at how they got the GM ECU of the LS motor to talk to the BMW CANBUS like OEM. Very very impressive work!

vtl I think this is the same place I got my E93 rear sway bar from, so they can do all these impressive jobs and yet they sent me the E93 sway bar with the brackets installed the opposite way

No more super wide peak torque spread from super low RPM and good fuel consumption. No thanks!

TBH I've never seen a reliable engine transplant, there are always issues popping up time after time again

With how cheap 335i's are I dont see why someone would pay $45k for this thing....
