n55 jb3 stage 2 - random needle swing?

Anybody with the jb3 stage 2 upgrade thats using the "corvette / sti needle swing" at start up.. option 5-7, does the needle swing occur sometimes randomly while driving? happened to mine...

I ordered the USB to do the software updates, hopefully this will fix it, or else I won't be using that awesome needle sweep . the only sweeping ill be doing is M's

If the rpm falls below a certain rpm I think 300 or 500 it will active the swing.

thanks, Ill throw that option back on and try to keep an eye out for that to see if thats the cause

I enabled gauge sweep but it does nor ocur on start-up. It happens about five seconds after ignition.

this is starting to happen to me too when im cruising on the highway and it makes my car jerk a little and then the needle sweeps... is this similar to your problem? gonna deactivate it until i figure out how to use the usb...

Happened to me, I just disabled the needle swing until this is fixed.
