Bluetooth Aux jack?

So in my never ending quest to have a better audio hook up in my car, the latest idea is a Bluetooth device that plugs into my aux port. I don't have an iPod plug in, only an aux spot, but I'm tired of wires running everywhere, as well as cheap cables wearing out all the time. Has anyone used a Bluetooth aux plug in? My main concern is it interfering with my Bluetooth phone connection.

Tunelink. I use that for mine. It does not interfere with my factory Bluetooth unit in the car. It works quite well actually.

I was so fed up with mine that I just went full aftermarket. But my other idea if I didn't go all aftermarket, was to just run a charge cable and AUX cable from the elbow rest compartment, underneath the whole console and up into the ashtray. The new Ipod Nano fits virtually perfect in the ashtray, and it runs the new charge connnection of the Iphone5 off the bottom right next to the AUX output. Seems like a perfect set up to keep everything clean.
