Need help: someone stepped on my car

So long story short, some drunk kids jumped on my car while it was parked.
I'm going to start a claim with insurance and was wondering if this can be just popped out or does it have to be repainted?

Also notice the scratches on the trunk.. can this be polished out or does the trunk need to be replaced/repainted?

Damn, the print is still there.

I'm sure it can be popped out easily. Paintless dent repair.

not sure.. the police came knocking on the door telling me a neighbor witnessed it and called the police. I think the police mentioned they found some drunk teens nearby but not sure of the details..

good thing your neighbors called the police.

Yes it can be repaired by paintless dent repair, and the scratch can be easily buffed out. However, the total cost might be more than the insurance deductible so you'll have to weigh the costs.

Scratches look like they may buff out, but your main worry is going to be that edge on that fender. I would take it to a paintless dent repair shop first and get their opinion. I doubt it will come out without some creasing.

As long as the paint is not cracked and the tech can get behind the panel, it can be PDR'd.

By the look of he scratches it looks like they can be buffed and polished out.

Hopefully those teens are formally charged and insurance will waive your deductible and you won have to pay a penny out of pocket.

Best of luck to you

I'd make sure after either foot ungraciously steps on the offenders face that I would stumble and land knee first into their chest and elbow right under the chin to uh 'break' my fall. . .

Egg my house, toilet paper my shrubbery, but do NOT fcuk with my car!

Ouch that dent is on the crease, that's a scary one for any PDR shop,... that will be a rough one but I bet a local PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) shop will know better. The other scratches look like they could be buffed out.

The local PDR guy in our town worked miracles on my old e46.
