Grinding sound from engine

This is the 1st time it happened. Did about 18 miles of highway driving (no problem) and then about 1 1/2 miles of city driving... Stopped at a light for 30 seconds as well. After the light I drove about another 1/2 mile and stopped to make a left. I'm an auto and downshifted while the car was rolling at ~5 MPH. As soon as I gave it gas to make the turn I got a grinding noise (sounds like video below) like a wheel was SLIGHTLY rubbing. My car felt like it lost about 1/2 power and the sound coming from the exhaust was VERY deep. I didn't push the car past ~2,500 RPMS. At that point I was about 1/2 mile away from my house and when pulling directly into the garage in park my RPMs were around 500 and struggling to keep the car idle.

I started it up a few hours later and drove a mile to get gas, no problems but I didn't try shifting. I only had about 5 miles of gas left in the tank when this happened, I don't know if that could of caused it (highly doubt it). I'm still under warranty but don't know if I can duplicate the problem. I want to know some opinions on what it could be. The video below is from an e46 but as I said above, it was almost identical to the sound earlier.

Car specs:
08' 328xi
26,700 miles
Auto
91 octane (using same gas station for 3 months)
Still under warranty
95° out at the time
Air condition wasn't on for the whole ride

Haven't been able to duplicate it yet... . I'm just going to bring it in I guess so they can say nothing is wrong.
