Looks good. Look fwd to see the pics with the rest of the mods, especially the spacers. Maybe your taillights and the corners. But honestly, the car looks pretty nice as it stands. Wheels are my fav.

This, except for the front plate (we're required to have front plates in Canada, which sucks balls; the front plates I mean, not Canada). I would swap out the headlights to projectors as well.

Def an m-tech or m3 rep bumper, just got a m3 rep yesterday and it greatly improved the aesthetics. And painting the grills black is a big improvement also.

A really well detailed and clean car will always look more modern, rather than throwing lips and spoilers on it in my opinion.

I would say get the paint corrected and maybe add ceramic coating. Also dried out vinyl makes a car look old, so look into either replacing worn trim or painting it with trim paint.

I think on the Pre-LCI E90 it's the headlights that make the car look old.

M3 rep or mtech front bumper would be nice. So would a rear end LCI conversion.

Do you think it's mostly amber thing that is ugly?

an Xdrive automatic 328i is certainly no starting point for performance, but thats honestly not to say this ISNT performance car. its like low 6 seconds to the 60mph sprint. while its no 335i, I wouldnt say that the 328i isnt a "performance car." just do basic upgrades do it, start by deleting the secondary cats and add a new muffler with some fat 3 inch tips.

aesthetically, you should debadge the shit on your decklid and leave just the BMW logo in the middle, it will look sick. also, look into an LCI light swap (swap in headlights from an 09+ e90) and you will be set.

+1 about detailing/paint correction on the car. I did my GF's car about a month ago 2007 328ix that has 127K miles. I did a clay with three stage process (compound, polish and sealant) The paint looks and feels brand new.

I would debadge the car, maybe tint the windows, add a front lip spoiler and black grills and a trunk spoiler would be a nice touch too.

If you're on a budget you could pick up some painted front splitters for about $80 off ebay, plasti dip grilles black, debadge, mars taillight mod, gloss black or white trunk lip would update the rear. Eibach springs ride really well on my brothers 328i, just a little firmer than stock and gives a good drop. Smoked side markers

If I had a white bmw the first thing I would do is get a darker color rim (black, gun metal) then black out the side indicator lights (cant think of the name), I really like when white bmw's wrap the top of their car between the front windshield and rear window in black. But looking at the pictures of your car made me kind of change my mind... ha
Your car looks pretty slick, I might would still black out the roof, but thats a tough call.
I would for sure paint the front grill black, and debadge it.
Also, what ever is on your trunk lid on the left side, looks like a dealer decal, needs to go.

Depo euro lights would look awesome and be plug and play because you're halogen. LCI rear would look sick, as would a slight drop. Tint and maybe black out the window trim and grilles? Wheel spacers? M3 lip, front splitters, maybe M3 front bumper? The list goes on and on!

These splitters, which come painted and are easy to install:

And a black kidney grille.

I much prefer a well maintained stock vehicle. I think it looks classy. However, sudle upgrades are a nice simple touch. I had OEM black lines installed, along with the OEM performance exhaust. People appreciate when they see a car that looks well cared for. Especially when it's time to sell. OP, less is more in my book.

Some LED lights definitely freshen up the look. Start with the license plate and you'll see what I mean.
