SOLD!!!! These are 15mm hubcentric spacers, with black extended bolts. Bought them from someone on the forum, never installed them on my car, decided to go with a smaller spacer as my MORR wheels are already offset nearly flush to the fender. Not sure of the brand, but they are beautiful spacers with the hubcentric lip so you can be sure they won't cause any vibration.
