Taxes/Duty/Brokerage

I know many of you have bought from JBSPEED lately. He's been using Fedex and i'm looking to pick up an M-TECH Spoiler and ACS Roof Spoiler....would you guys have any clue about if i'll be hit up with any taxes/duty or brokerage? What are your experiences?

I had to pay HST on the declared amount, no duties. Brokerage was small, a couple percent on the amount thatFedEx was paying on my behalf (the HST)

Duty is charged on items made outside of N.America. Otherwise it will be HST only.

Rule applies to pretty much everything.

Brokerage is what kills the deal when shipping with UPS/FEDex/DHL.

I just had a package shipped from USA via UPS and tried another way to clear the package. BAsically I told UPS that I will clear the package with another broker.
I just used these guys to act as my broker.

They charge only $16.00 for brokerage for a value up to $500. No other fees I had to pay (aside from Taxes and duty).

I saved $35 going this route (since it was a $175 item). I can imagine that buying a bumper and clearning it with these guys would be some good savings.

I have only used his service once and everything was done properly and quickly. Check it out.
