Feeler: Trade for my S5 + take over payments

hey guys. i know i never posted here. i signed up awhile ago because i was intending to purchase a 335, but i went for an s5 instead. now im back to wanting a 335. was wondering if anyone would be interested in a trade plus take over my payments. I am the 2nd owner. purchased the car at Jack Daniels Audi in NJ. It is CPO'ed

Make: Audi
Year:2009
Model: S5 Prestige
Color: Phantom Black Pearl w/ Magma Interior
Triptronic w/ Sports mode + Paddle Shifter
Miles: 24,1xx
Options: Navigation, backup camera, side assist, B+O sound system, CF Inlays
MSRP as built: 65k
Mods and other goodies:

Audi care: includes free scheduled maintenance until 45k miles
Certified Pre Owned: Warranty up to 100k miles/2 years left ( starting January 2012)
AWE S intake filter
TSW Bronze Nurburgring wheels: 19x9.5 et 41 all around
H and R DRA Track Spacers 25mm Rear
Eibach Pro kit Springs ( 1 inch drop )
Ichiba Spacers 20mm Front
Billy Boat Sport Exhaust
Interior + License plate converted to LEDS
HID fog light conversion
35% front/20% rear tint
Clear bra on hood, rear bumper, passenger fender.

boo hoos:

-this car was involved in an accident not too long ago. everything was repaired, i have the paper work showing what was repaired and what was replaced, etc. Work looks prestine, cant tell it was ever in an accident.
Front bumper repaired and resprayed
Driver side fender is new

-1 tiny chip on the wind shield.
-2 small ding, dent on the car ( 1 is on the passenger side lower door, other i forgot where, its so tiny i can barely spot it, but its on the driver side somewhere)

message me if interested. if this post violates any of the rules/guidelines, please feel free to delete or move to apropriate forum. thanks.

Vey sharp looking car! I was in the same boat debating between the A5 and the 335i coupe, but the premium on the A5s and the sporty ride quality of the 335i solidified my decision towards it.

Good luck with your sale.

he will take over your payments, and you will take over his.

plus or minus who ever owes how much on each contract and how much do you think the car is worth.

I priced out a S5, I'm going to say his payments are in the ballpark of 950 give or take 100 Depending on what his down payment was.

thanks for all the compliment guys! sorry i havent checked back on this thread

right now i currently owe 25k on the car. i pay 527.45 a month. i put a huge down payment on this car.

reason for selling is because its not practical for me. its a v8, i drive to the city often, so i been getting like 10 mpg, and its not cutting it

i LOVE this car do death, the compliments and it breaks so many necks. but yea, i need to think of the future because i been filling up 55 every weekend to only get like 160 to the tank. not good for me

dont let that scare you though, it is a BEAST on the highway. i can get about 360+ to a tank. but i rarely take any road trips anymore.

dont want to start a bmw vs audi debate here but yes, ill admit, this car is not fast at all. its decent, but def not "fast". imo though the s5 looks better than a 335, but i know a 335 can pretty much own the s5 with very little work in terms of performance.

Bump for a reasonable audi driver.

i completely understand the reasoning for people who buy S5's. but you'll be happy with the 335. and better mpg.
