lease transfer questions? please chime in

hi guys i have a 2010 bmw 535xi and its a lease my lease end oct 23rd 2012...my son wants to take over the lease, How do we get this done fast? can we complete the lease transfer though the dealership i leased the car from?And can I co-sign the lease transfer application for my son if his credit isn't good enough?

If your willing to co-sign for you son, why not keep the lease as is and allow your son to continue making payments?
