Oil change 'power purge'

I was looking at the design for installing my AR Oil cooler and noticed something about the oil filter housing: from this picture below, would it be possible to create a fitting with a tap/die set that can thread in to those two hex-headed bolts then feed in compressed air on one side and extract the oil from the other side? I use to use this with my old e46 330i and found it to be very conveniet. I was looking to see if there was an easier way than jacking up these dipstick-less N54 engines and draining the oil out the old fashion way.

Vs beating baby seals?

I've never gone to Jiffy Lube, but was curious if it 'could' be done that way.
