Do you know if these wheels will work for a square 255/35 setup on an LCI? I would love to jump on this group buy if that fits this setup

Yes, Ryan from Apex told me directly that those would fit, as I asked him the same question:

Square Option 1:
Front & Rear: 18x9 ET30 (concave face) - 255/35/18 or 235/40/18 tires

Looks like we drive the same car, I was trying to decide staggered vs square, you picked square, how did you decide?

Thank you very much! I decided with square because it had more advantages than staggered, especially on AWD. It reduces understeer, I can keep my current rear tire size and put it on the front as well, and most importantly rotating tires to get drastically more life out of them. You don't need a bigger rear tire being AWD for traction, especially with a 255 tire all around. Staggered doesn't benefit AWD besides looks, and I'm going to utilize spacers if it's not a perfect fit, like if the rear isn't far enough out

+1 everyone needs to start pledging. Up to $200 off and free shipping for a great size of wheel, supposed to be only 18.3 pounds as well

Just go here and pick out the rims you want and I think it is a $200 deposit until they ship your wheels then you pay the balance. Gotta pledge by Thursday though.

What offset would you guys recommend for a square setup on a pre-lci?

Wouldn't a 9" upfront with ET30 rub on the inside?

If it works like mine did, then there is no charge until they ship.

Sorry you are correct. I misread the email I received about the pledge level.

Heres exactly what Apex told me when I asked the same question:

It is difficult to make a blanket statement- saying "there will be absolutely no issues"... as it all depends on tire brand, vehicle ride height, alignment settings (neg camber specifically), the quality or landscape of the roads driven on, and even how much weight is in the car at any given time. These are all factors which vary from car to car. With that said, many e90 owners run this fitment and love the new found grip without any issues. It is the maximum wheel and tire fitment for the front of the car without performing modifications, but still can lead some some light scrubbing of the fender liners again depending on the factors above.

I'm going for staggered. They only offer 18x8.5 with face profile 1, and 18x9.5 rears with face profile 3. I would prefer profile 1 all around. Won't it look weird if I have different profiles front and rear?

No it doesn't look weird at all, but if you can have a profile 3 all around without fitment issues that would look best. I had 8.5 front and 9.5 rears and it was fine, but I can go more aggressive on the front that is why I'm getting a pair of the new 9 inch rims.

The group buy 18x9 are a profile 3 that would match your rear profile

Good point. Question on the fronts though. My stockers are 18x8 on M sport suspension. Will going up to 18x9 in the front give me issues? I did the calculations on this website and I'll be 25mm (1 inch) closer to the fender with the 18x9.

http://www.wheel-size.com/calc/?whee...=30mm&scl=50mm

I'm away on business for the next two weeks so I can't measure my car. Thoughts?

You will be fine. Apex is very good at making these rims fit without issue. Just give them a call and they can explain it to you. They have very good customer service.
