Koolertron gps bluetooth radio install.

Does anyone have replaced the original BMW professional radio. I have a 2007 335i but this model has a fiber optic cable and it makes the installation difficult. I\'d like to know if anyone has a solution for the problem. It seems that I\'ll have to re-wire the car, change the speaker and replace the original amp. The unit is fantastic but now the cost of the install went up.

Its the same for any aftermarket deck .
If you have l7 you need to replace the amp at a minimum to

The other problems are BMW won't be able to program your car without your old head
unit installed . You will get an SOS error if you have SOS with out the original unit installed,
Plus the errors listed in the thread. Don't sell your old head unit you will need it for programming
in the future if you don't mount is as described.
