Where in the Mid-Atlantic region are you? I just did a search on Cars.com within a 250 mile radius from Northern Virginia, and there's quite a few CPO 2008/2009/2010 335i sedans under 30k miles, but only 3 with 6MT in your price range. You should base you findings on that.

If you're specifically going for 6MT, the three are listed below.

2009 BMW 335i xDrive - 21,534 miles, $33,885
2008 BMW 335i - 24,687 miles, $34,995
2008 BMW 335i - 27,867 miles, $32,995

All of them have the packages/options you listed, and more.

With that said, I think a CPO 335i with 25k miles that's somewhat loaded for $31,900 is a good deal. Which dealership did you find it at? Have you already tried talking them down? You could ask in our regional sub-forum for recommended salesmen at that dealership to work with you on price. There's absolutely no way you're going to work them from $31,900 down to $27k on a CPO vehicle though.

sounds like a pretty fair deal in my book, I spent weeks working my way down to the eventual $29,980 on a 2008 CPO 335 coupe with 45,000 miles

but then again I was extremely picky about options. (jet black, saddle interior, 6spd, comfort access, premium sound, etc.)
