Hi guys,

I have a E91 (Estate Wagon) with standard seats and they really suck

An opportunity arose to purchase sport seats in Alcantra/Leather from a 1 Series (E87) BMW.

Now my doubt is the following, are the seats identical in dimensions to the sport seats for the e90/E91 and will I be able to retrofit them without having airbag/ seat restrain error?

PS. I have read in other posts that the fixation to car (4 bolts) is the same

Hi guys, Just got confirmation that the e87 are a straight bolt in for the e90/e91 and the x1/x3.

Can anyone tell me the differance in size of the e87 seats vs e90, according to realoem the seat foams are differant.

Should I pull the triggger on these or are the e90 sport seats that differant (larger) that I should continue to shop around?

Today I got the opportunity to measure STANDARD seats in a seires1 E87 and what do you know.. the seat size are the same in length and width

Do you guys think that the same should upply to the sport seats?
