tail bov won't open

I'm sure this has been beat to death. Recently my stock charge pipe cracked. I upgraded to vrsf with tial. It came with the yellow spring and everything was fine. I was doing about 55 mph and I heard a loud pop. I parked ans pop my hood and saw the the elbow had popped off. I guess I didn't tighten all the way. Got the car home and fixed it now my bov makes a loud screaming sound and I can hit over 3psi. The bov open when I rev up at all. Could it be the spring? ??

I'm not sure I follow exactly because of a few typos.

Squeaking sound when you get on boost? That means you are leaking boost. It's not tight enough. Tighten the couplers and be sure they are square and true to the pipe also make sure the c clip is secured to the throttle body.

Yes sorry about typos. Doing this on my phone. I double and triple checks the coupler. It's super tight and on the pipe. The c clip on nice and tight on the throttle body. And I double check the caps for where the stock diverter valves went.

Where the diverter valves go on the intake tube is not pressurized. Did you check the o-ring and connection for the BOV valve. Also the o-ring on the tmap sensor. I would also take the tial apart and confirm the diaphragm isn't stuck. Sometimes thay are sitting on the shelf for quite a while.

2) Install Cobb/piggyback? and JRZ suspension. 3) Build parrallel HPFP and highflow intake manifold with multi-port fuel and meth. 4) Build full cage and staged twin setup with turbochargers. HTA3076R (tial.82 or Garret divided 1.01)/ HTA4205R (tial 1.16)

Yes check the tmap sensor and all vacuum lines. I'll pop the bov diaphragm. It's was literally working fine just a couple days ago

$$ on the diaphragm......It's probably stuck open, and that's why you're hearing the 'hissing' sound when WOT....

It happened to my AA BOV, so it definitely is a possibility.

Look at it this way, it's probably better that the diaphragm is stuck open than closed....
