Which sws8 do I need. - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

If I am going to use a jbl ms-8 for amp and I already have logic7. What ohm sws8s should I use. I've tried searching but couldnt grasp anything about which ohm to use the ms-8.

The MS-8 internal amps will not be able to move those SWS-8 -regardless of ohms- with any significant impact.

I'm looking for a little more of a bump than my oem setup. If so which config should I get?

pick the amp first and based on that you can tell which version of the SWS-8 you need

A Rockford Fosgate P300-2 and a pair of SWS-8Xi will do fine with the MS-8 powering the rest of the OEM speakers.

Make sure you get Technic's harness and add a tweeter to the center channel. It'll sound great!
