I have installed all of these with the exception of the front strut brace. I also installed the BMW Perf package (old style -- dampers, springs, 14mm rear sway).

It transforms the car from a luxo-barge to a razor-sharp, precision handling machine.

I think that the M3 front sway would be excellent, not sure if it's any different from the one in the new BMW Perf kit.

I recommend doing the BMW Perf kit in combination with the front control arm set.

If you are really serious then go to a LSD and the rear M3 parts and sway bars. At that point you are nearly equivalent to the M3.

Someone would have to try and let us know...that's how we know that these components fit the non-xi models

albeit the handling qualities are enhanced; does that mean that some of the ride quality is sacrificed on a E92?

the tischer site doesnt say that these parts won't work with Xi's. The BMW performance suspension specifically says that it won't. anyone have any experience with the Xi's and M3 parts?

Yep, and I think I am the only one on the boards with m3 parts on my xi.

I have the rear tension struts, the rear guide rods, the rear sway, and the rear subframe bushings. They all helped to keep the rear end in line and planted.

Do NOT run the subframe bushings with RFT's though...I did for a few weeks and the ride was punishing.

Now we just need someone to produce front end parts for the xi with the m3 characteristics...

So, the front end parts (namely the control arms and tension struts) won't work on xi's? Is that correct? I need new CA and TS for my 328xi.

That's correct. As of now nobody makes front parts for the xi.

thanks for the the info strat! how bad is the install on the parts? thinkin of having a shop do it, is it pricey? and more importantly, is it worth it? (i have the kw coilovers as well)
