A 335i is going to be less reliable on the track with its cooling issues. I know of more hardcore 328 track cars than 335 track cars.

So depending on what division you want to race in, keep in mind that whatever the model of the 3 series, it was built for racing and BMW wants to cover every division.

Still has to be fun as hell driving this puppy on the track.

hahaha gavin, from the #'s i've seen floating around, 325i + 3 stage manifold + your tune (more aggressive setup) = close to 270.. +your headers... I think I'd crap myself if I had your headers

I bet that thing wouldn't even run 12's in a quarter mile lol. Still cool to see a 328i race car though, 218 hp is just weak for a "race car" to me.

So that means on a dyno jet, probably read aroung 225whp?

218hp was the baseline stock with just a drop in filter and exhaust. we are installing the 3 stage manifold today with AFE stage 2 intake and OEtuning custom dyno tune.
