Any dealer could be able to install the iDrive in any non-iDrive 3-Series. That's a non-issue as long as you can pay their charges. If you provide the parts then this could be a 10 hours job by the book, so multiply the dealer hourly fee -$150 on average- and there you get $1500 in labor. At least.

No dealer will code/program your iDrive to your car at all, though. They do not have the equipment or the capability to do it.
