Whos the seller? sounds a lil fishy, I would definitely ask a few people what they think who are knowledgeable about the car and seller etc.

He's a private seller, he has it advertised for $21,500 but I talked to him, he said $20k is the lowest he can go, what you think? Good deal?

First of all provide more detail. How do you expect anyone to figure out the cars value when all you say is "Fully loaded", every idiot says that. Does it have Adaptive Cruise Control, Keyless entry, Parking Sensors, Spoiler? List out ALL of the features/upgrades and details down to the tint. You didn't even bother to tell us if it was a Sedan or Coupe. Im sorry if this sounds harsh, but Im tired of reading the same questions over and over from people who waste the time of members on the forum.

Good deal if you ask me. xi and coupes are generally worth more.

You won't get much more useful responses from this forum, unfortunately. Most people here love to cry "too expensive!" without any reason or ability to find a similar car for less price in your local area.

Should't an E92 with the sports package come with 18" wheels and not 17" wheels? When you say the car has warranty until 100k, I'm assuming it's the CPO warranty, so make sure he shows you proof of that. It seems like an alright deal, but the only thing I would consider is the mileage. That's depending on the build, and when/if he stopped driving the car, that's around 25k miles/year.

I know the only thing that is bothering me is the mileage, but I honestly couldn't find any 335xi coupe for that price anywhere, I searched through autotrader, Craigslist, cars.com etc... And the least I would find is 23k with no NAV sports package etc...
