Uneven Ride Height

This issue I have is an ongoing process.

Stock e90 with non-sport suspension. Car pulls to the right on highway. Before noticing uneven ride height, issue was posted here:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=606671

Basically the car pulls to the right on highway. I got the alignment done and got re-checked twice. Everything is in spec. Balanced the wheels and checked the tires.

I even checked on this issue:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=590384
(my front bar was centered properly and the bushings were in excellent condition)

So to the height issue:
I notice, overall the right side of my car is lower.
When measured in detail on flat ground, rear right wheel is 1/4" lower than the left side and front right wheel is 1/3" lower than the right wheel. I do see scuffing on the right side of the number and side skirt to show that someone has driven trough a curb or something hard. So my initial expression is right front suspension took some what of a hard hit and lower than the rest.

So given that everything else is good, alignment, wheels, etc, could this be a collapsed shock mount?

Thanks in advance.

I wonder if other than the strut mount, what else could have caused this....

it's actually quite common for these cars to be slightly lower on the passenger side (right), than the driver's side. It usually evens out when you sit in the car.

how much is your car pulling to the right? Because of road crown (road is higher in the center to promote drainage), cars will have a natural tendency to drift to the right on most roads.

Before I got to this uneven ride height issue, I was under the impression that the alignment is to blame:

Then I was told this could be the sway bar being off centered. After checking them, they were fine.

It still does it.

Since I last posted, I only went though 1 new alignment from the dealer and new set of tires for the back. I will be putting all four tires soon and hoping to tackle with strut mounts and all if not..........
