Where can I get ClearBra installed? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Sorry if this has already been covered but I couldn't find an answer searching around. I'm really thinking of getting ClearBra (buying my car and intend on keeping it for atleast 3-4 years and want to protect the paint). So where would I get ClearBra installed? I presume this isn't something the dealer would offer? and I've read different prices around the forum, but $400 seems to be about right?

hey, i'm in the bay area too. i just got myself the Alpine White 328i, not as good as your car, but i'm thinking about keeping it for just about the same length as you. if you do a search on clearbra, in the california forums there are some info about them. i don't know who is good yet and i'm still trying to get an idea on price. i think i might go to RAY @ MachIII on Ocean Ave in San Francisco by City College, dunno if he's good enough tho

Dealer could offer it. They may have a special dept. that does it so just call and ask. Or search / ask in your region via the regional forums section as suggested above.

from i know, the dealers do offer it as a option but through another source. they usually charge much more then other people

I recommend MACH III in San Francisco. Great customer service & fast installations.

I recommend Vincent at Omega Tintwerks in Pleasanton. He did a great job on mine, including the tint. Make sure you do the mirrrors and the clear lenses as well. These are extra. See my garage for pix.

The dealers version of the clearbra only covers part of the hood while clearbra covers the whole thing afaik

cool, so MachIII seems to be the place to go in SF? any other rec's? what should I expect to pay for ClearBra?
