Millers Diesel Power Sport 4, any good for my E90 (Cars been shaking on start up)

People, I need some help and advice,
I recently cleaned my E90 Diesels EGR and Manifold cover, it was caked in grime!
I only did this as over the last 3 days in the morning when starting up my E90 the car juddered left to right, only lasted 3-4 secs at the most....
The best I could describe what happened was the whole car was shaking.....scared me a little TBH!
So I thought id run a high quality additive to cleanup some of the internal workings.
And help and advice would be great, anyone experienced this? Could it be due to the cold mornings recently? Is Millers DPS 4 ok to run through my tank and car?
I did do an oil change and filter change around 7 days ago, dont think this would have made any difference, I used Castrol edge 5w40 LL04 and a genuine BMW filter......
ANY IDEAS?

Garage List
Millers is fine - V Power or BP Ultimate would probably be equally as good though.

I get the side to side shudder occasionally in my 330d, I alwasy assumed it was just when the aircon condenser kicked in though...

Do a diagnostic - probably one or two of your glowplugs are on the way out. Probably you won't notice it by the time spring comes.

I've run my 5er on Millers for the past 5 years with no ill effects. Very slightly better fuel consumption, no performance difference. The earlier version did leave black fluid deposits in the exhaust tip, but the later version (whatever it's called) cleared it up. At the time I bought the 5er, there were scare tactics about the BMW diesel pumps seizing up and they were difficult to get, hence I was using the Millers as a pump lubricant. The better fuel consumption didn't offset the cost of the go-go juice, but it ave me peace of mind that I will be able to pass on to the new owner of my 5er, if I can sell the thing!!

Spoke to my local Indy and he reckons the plugs too!
I got it booked in on the 22nd, didn't happen this morn, but temp was up about 4deg from the last few days.
Defiantly a cold start issue I reckon.
Just on my way to Halfords in around half hour or so, put some Miller sport4 in the tank, well see what difference it makes, have heard good things about it....
Anyone got any other ideas on what it could be and what I should change, I'd anything?
