Old FRIENDS at the TRACK | RUN IT! Buttonwillow - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

4am in the morning, predicted 35% of rain, overcast and very cold.
Only an idiot would trek out to a small town, died center, in California.
Only an idiot because Thanksgiving dinner is still settle'n.
And only an idiot if you're not a car fanatic.
Because in the middle lies Buttonwillow raceway.

I missed the 4am caravan that
included a few M3 and a trailer'd E36 M3. A few friends
including Pak, Nick, Zoeb, Long, Ivan, Rene, Charlie, and John.
Happy to travel alone up the 5fwy at 5am gave me
a chance to digest my meal the night before.

One friend went missing, Darren (Creaminz).
Darren was scheduled to come out to this event but
rushed out of the country with very important family matters.
Poor guy was look'n forward to this day too - but family comes
first.
Long story short, I later found out a family member was hospitalized.
The guy was stressed and last thing on his mind was
eating, sleep'n or track'n.
Darren, i know ur back in town so I'd imagine things
are alittle bit better. Luv u man - nohomo

So the guys manage to get to buttonwillow at 7am -
oh wait that's the same time i arrived. I guess pull'n a
trailer and stop'n for breakfast couldn't stop my heavy right
foot from gett'n there on time too. lol.

Thanks Nick for ur buddy's track event. BOB'S Trackday 2011.
LTBMW, Wheeldude and few friends ran a bounty-full day
at Buttonwillow. Anybody can track and it fun.

Frankieeeeee!! I love you too my man! My mom is doing much better and had good talk with her while I was staying at hospital with her. Im just glad she is okay

For the track, I was really looking forward to this track event to test out my E90, and since all of you guys were going I knew it'd be a blast, hopefully there's another track day like this again soon
