High Performance Bulbs
Ordered a matching set of 6000k D1S bulbs and their 6000k 9006 fog light kit. Had the low beams installed for awhile, and absolutely loved the improvement in color. Finally got the Mtech bumper installed, which allowed me to use the 9006 bulbs, and it looks great. I ordered the BMW specific item on their site, which includes the CANBUS ballast. Even though I have an 07, I haven't had any issues with it.
Great communication and fast shipping, too. |

Personally, I prefer to match the colors unless you're keeping the stock low beams and getting yellow fogs. I think overall the color is the same, the projectors just result in a more uniformed distribution. This is probably the best shot I have: |

If you're asking me, I didn't do it, but they were installed when I put the new body kit on. Since you'll have to mount the ballast, my guess is you'll need to remove the front bumper. At the end of the day, you'll save more time just removing it than battling the cramped area.
