The Meilenwerk (now called: Classic Remise) is a place were you can go to look at some classic cars, have a nice dinner or lunch, go shopping for car related gifts or have some repairs made on your classic car, hold a classic car show – all in one place. Meilenwerk has set up these classic car centers all over Germany. They are located in: Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf and in Zurich (CH).

The Meilenwerk is really a cool place to hang out and spend a few hours looking at classic cars. Ofcourse it is also a place where anyone can store their special one of a kind classic car too. And swing by to take it for a spin. Its sort of a public garage of sorts. A very upscale one.

A lot of the cars here were up for sale…

This was one of the cleanest Z1’s I have ever seen! Not even in the BMW museum have a seen such a great example of the first for the Z series…

I did not know GMC made an El Camino pickup…

Next time you come over you MUST go! It was really a cool place to look around. And also because teh cars are always changing. Kind of a living car museum of sorts.

Btw... in Frankfurt they have one too - but its called: Klassikstadt.

Wow that's awesome. I caught the last little bit of an interview with the owner of that place on Speed Channel a while ago..seems like a genuine car nut too.
