Hi,

I have a set of 17 x 8 style 162 with Dunlop Wintersport 3D. Tires are staggered. 225 at the front and 245 at the rear. I used them for about 4 winter seasons. No curb rash on all wheels but have brake dust baked on the front 2 wheels. I don't have the measurements on the tire tread. The fronts have good decent tread and the rears maybe last 1 more season or so and have minor camber wear.

Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks

thanks - but I would need tires with more tread remaining in trade. The Pirelli I have on there were $1K+ and have 80+% left

pms replied.

i don't mind a trade in your favour, but i'm not giving these away.

even though wheels have been repaired, they still have a good $500-600 value (and they have been polished and cleared)
tires have a good $500-600 value
total of at least $1k

please don't offer me something that i can buy for $400-500 and expect me to say yes

ive got a set of 17x7 with 225/45/17 Dunlop Wintersport M3 tires, less tread tehn yours have for sure if youre at 80%
wheels are spray painted matte black with a blue vinal stripe.
Running spacers to get my offsets: 15mm front, 25mm rear (rear is needed or else they will not clear the 335 brakes)
I will obviously include the rear spacer since it is needed
Shoot me a PM if youre intersted in a trade plus a little cash on my end since your tires probably have a little more life. If youre intersted Ill snap a few pics of the tire tread
heres a few pics of the wheels:

looks great - thanks for your offers - but I don't want to run spacers in the front for the winter.

if i decide to part out, i'll let you know on the tires.

I had full intention of using these wheels for the next few winters, but due to a change in my driving pattern, I will be heading downtown quite often and driving 19s in snowy downtown is not fun at all...so I would like to switch to 17s or 18s with winter tires that have similar tread left.

Details:
  • OEM 230 wheels - staggered
  • Fully polished and sealed
  • 2 rear wheels had minor cracks, but have been professionally welded
  • Tires installed and balanced by Albert@Speedstar and he advised that welds/crack is fine and holds air 100%
  • Tires are Pirelli Snowsport 225/35/19 all around, 2@80%, 2@90%

What I want: 17 or 18 with winter tires, I do NOT want no-name tires....

Perfect for those that want to look good and drive on nicer uptown/rural roads.

This FT will be up for a week. If I don't get any bites, I will go buy a set and sell wheels/tires

PM if interested

Quick pic:
I have a set of 18's that we could trade if your interested. Tire size is 225/40/18 all the way around. The tires are dunlop wintersport 3D's from the dealer and have roughly 80% all the way around. They are a nice looking wheel set up.
