Poor Mans Magnaflow Catback (16539) Pics inside (VIDEO INSIDE)
So since i heard the system on a e90 330i but didnt wanan ditch out $700-$900 for the whole system.
I began to do my research and ended up finding the same muffler used on the catback. But the muffler was 2.25 inches longer no biggie. Muffler size $70 5x8 2.25in./3in. Body Lenght 14in. Overall Lenght 25.25in. Magnaflow part #14803 Two Magnaflow glasspacks to stand in place for the single magnaflow res. $25 x2 2.25/2.25 Body lenght 18 Overall lenght 22 Body size 3.5 Magnaflow part #18125 x2 Piping and labor at local muffler shop $120 Total system cost $240 Ill get video as soon as i can. Time for pics!!!!!!!!!!! Muffler delete and 2ndary cat delete piping cut and taken out. (for sale) ![]() 2ndary cats put back on ![]() Glasspack mounting ![]() ![]() ![]() Clearance from heat sheild ![]() Both mounted ![]() ![]() ![]() Y made ![]() ![]() Y mounted to glasspacks ![]() Muffler mounted ![]() ![]() ![]() There are tips on there but i dont like them do i dont wanan post them lol im getting tips from a member on here tom i hope. HATERS WELCOME Overall i like it. It sounds just like the catback system for $700-$900 just at the cost of $240. Im going to the muffler shop tomarrow to fit and finish the system make flanges to unbolt if need to and make a good Y pipe. And Delete my main cats. This will very likely lose you power. I did not even know anyone in this era does not do mandrel bends? This is one of those "get what you pay for" You drive a 330i e90 and you can spend more than 250 bucks on an exhaust you will listen to for the rest of your cars life with you? Also the 330 JUST has enough power to keep it fun-why get rid of power with those terrible bends and than that muffler at an angle like that???? Looks shotty my friend

Thanks i liked how it came out it sounds like a stock supra lol all deep and mellow lol. But for performance wise i notice a huge diff on top end. From my old system witch was 2ndary cat delete & muffler delete. But on the flip side i picked up a amazing amount of TQ back. but it only has 30 miles on it i need my computer to adapt to it and then maybe ill feel it a little better
