Phone integration
Anyone know what it would cost to add this after a vehicle is already built? Eg. Adding it to my 08 335.
Or, is their a more cost effective way of getting this. Eg. Me installing the parts and then BMW can program? Or another more cost effective way? |

Mobridge and Dension make aftermarket devices which work on the MOST bus. Automobility Distributing imports the Dension into CAN, and I don't know who imports the Mobridge.
I understand that Connects2 makes an interface for the Parrot 3000, but I've never installed one and can't speak to how well it works. It SEEMS to be designed for bass Stereo cars, which you MIGHT have, being in CAN. IT works on the CAN bus, not on the MOST bus, so I think it's cheaper, but I don't know how well it works.

I was at BMW in markham an they advised I was missing the SOS module next to the airbag sensor and pod lights? I know this will be several hundred dollars to add/program so I was hoping there was an alternative. I have Nav and all the talk buttons on my steering wheel. False feeling of having a product-I feel so betrayed lol |
