anyone have experiences with BMWSHADOWLINE?

ive ordered roof vinyl from those guys about 2weeks ago
after the first week i emailed them because of the delay then they said there were a winter vacation and the shipping will be done that day today its been about 2 weeks so far i emailed them twice after the first one and still not getting any reply i havent even got a shipping number
good thing is i paid through paypal
paypal pays back if the site was a scam right?
but its just so annoying to go through all that process....

I've never seen it in person, but there are people on here that love it, and others who absolutely hate it. That's just how it goes with vinyls though.

I've considered getting the vinyl trim and saving myself lots of $$$ instead of getting the actual shadowline trim from BMW, but I ended up reading that it is super thin and cheap (well, it is only $20).

I'll probably pull the trigger soon just to see how it is though.

my friend bought the trim for his chrome and said it took like 2 weeks and then just got like dropped off at his house. weird stuff

The vinyl they sold is thin as hell and low quality stuff. I sold it right away after receive it.

BMWShadowline uses a lower quality Avery vinyl that they can afford to sell in pre-cut rolls while still making a minimal profit. We've ordered from them in the past and same scenario as the member above. No real information until the box just randomly showing up one day at the office. I'd email them again and wait for a response, otherwise dispute with paypal before the 30 days are up in case the company has turned towards the worst.
