Are the rims new? Or did they pull them off of wrecked cars? I think you'd be better off spending a few extra bucks at bmwwheels.com ... At least you know that they are brand new OEM's.

I agree with voltron...it looks legitimate, but because bmwwheels.com's pricing is not that far off, I would choose to go with new wheels outright. I've learned many, many times that you get what you pay for and the trouble of re-doing things right is just not worth it.
