They broke my front windows and set my back seat on fire.

Do you guy think it would be a write off????

That's right. I don't think they can find another one locally.
In that case, NRMA will prob pay me out with market value which is sth like 50k.

I don't know if it would be better to write it off coz I will lost the following if this is a write off

1) comprehensive insurance which started on 14th Dec cost $1600
2) brand new set of PSS cost $1300
3) they may not find a sport edition locally and they will only pay me out with 50k. That's not even enough to pay off the rest of my finance on this car.

I know my insurance has a 2 year new replacement cover if the car's a write-off. And if there's no equivalent model on the market, they'll replace it with the newer model (once the F30 hits our shores that is).

:/ Hopefully you get enough to pay off and get another car. If the car was paid off than you get 50k than thats a down payment for a 2012 M3 LOL! Or a used M3 sedan with 40-50k miles for 40ish k lol.

In the states maybe... A used m3 would still be 90-100k at least and a new one is closer to 180k

OP hopefully everything works out for you I need to update my agreed value on my insurance...

I don't think it's anything personal. They broke two other cars windows but only set fire on my car.
