Is it practical to change my white e90 to a montego blue e90?

I have a white e90, but my favorite car color is the montego or le mans blue.
Anyway, I was wondering if it's easy to do change my cars color.

How much would it cost?
Where should I do it?
What are the disadvantages of a paint job?
Also, what do you think is better, Le mans blue or Montego blue?
any info would be helpful. thanlks

To do it right, you would have to tear down the car, pull the engine, paint all door jambs, etc. Very expensive. It would be less expensive to sell you car and buy one in the color you want. It would cost several thousand to paint it.

for a car in this price range, no it is not practical.

only way this would make sense is if you were in a big collision and needed a full repaint. you could pay the difference to have the color changed.

even then, i'd at least go with a custom or individual color

I would just vinyl it. The vinyl would cost around 600~ if you order from the right seller. It can look identical to paint (outside of door jambs and whatnot). People have done some pretty amazing DIY jobs here. Look up Nibor's car

If you are in Lebanon then labor should be cheap compared to North America. I would find some vinyl and get someone competent to put it on. The good stuff is said to last over 4 years. I'm sure just like paint some parts will chip from rocks and such but you can re-apply to that one section if needed.
