Yes, the setup will fit on the car without any issues. I would recommend that you put a 5mm spacer in the rear to push the wheels out a bit further for a better overall look.

The recommended setup would be a 235/35/19 & 265/30/19. You'll have no issues with running the 5mm spacers in the back with the above choice. The e90 pre-lci would run the same setup as the E92 as well. I'll shoot you over a PM as requested

You should be fine with the 245/35/19 on the OEM sports suspension. If you're planning to lower the car, you may have some rubbing.

You will have zero issues whatsoever. No rubbing!!! Have same size on front.

I had the same exact wheel size and fitment on my Ch's, and these tires sizes will be perfect unless you're planning on to spacing out your setup.

With Spacers:
front - 19x8.5 +35 with 10mm spacers = +25 (235/35/19)
Rear - 19x9.5 +45 with 15mm spacers = +25 (255/30/19)

Garage List
2008 5 Series  [3.30]
The fronts look good, but the rears could be spaced out a bit. For tires, 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear.
