Jb4 MAC update question - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Anyone out there use a Mac to update jb4? It's telling me I need to use boot-camp parallels. Can anyone tell me where to get this software free. Or if there is any other way to update using a Mac.

I have a Mac, but Im running a dual boot Win7/Mac OSX using boot camp.

The only other option as the post above states is running a virtual machine
